Deliveries
- We aim to process and ship your orders within 2-7 business days (time may vary depending on location).
- Delivery time depends on your location, courier service, and weather conditions.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking link to track your shipment.
Returns & Exchange Policy
- No Returns – Once purchased, products cannot be returned.
- However, Only Exchange is available if:
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
- To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share clear photos and videos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
Important Notes
- Slight variations in color and texture may occur due to screen display differences and natural material properties – this will not be considered a defect.
- Courier delays are beyond our control, but we will do our best to assist you.
